The Problem

Large QSR chains (Taco Bell, Panda Express, Coca-Cola distribution) needed to connect their existing Point-of-Sale terminals to digital marketing channels — particularly Facebook — in real time. No plug-and-play solution existed; it required deep POS integration plus a custom real-time analytics layer capable of processing massive transaction volumes.

What Was Built

  • Patent-pending POS integration layer — middleware connecting diverse POS terminal formats to a unified data pipeline without replacing existing hardware.
  • Real-time analytics engine — processed customer transaction data at scale to trigger targeted loyalty offers and marketing actions within the same purchase session.
